Overview

Built in 36 hours at CMU’s Red Robot Hackathon Fall 2014, the Little Red Tracked Humanoid is a self-contained tracked robot base that can move around and grab things — with some assistance. Kind of reminds me of WALL-E!

The entire frame is laser-cut from red 3.0mm acrylic, giving it a distinctive look, and rolls on Lego tank tracks driven by continuous rotation servos.
